Primary objectives included enhancing customer satisfaction via prompt, expert installations, optimizing operational workflow for field technicians, and solidifying Sofalogyubv's reputation as a premier home service provider. We targeted measurable improvements in service turnaround times and increased booking conversion rates.
Our UX/UI strategy prioritized an intuitive and streamlined user journey. We developed a clear, multi-stage booking process for efficient requirement specification. Key elements included responsive design for all devices, real-time availability displays, transparent upfront pricing, and an integrated feedback loop for continuous service improvement.
The architecture was designed for high availability, scalability, and maintainability, leveraging a microservices paradigm. Core technologies comprised a Python (FastAPI) backend with PostgreSQL, a React.js frontend, and AWS cloud infrastructure (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda). We integrated Celery/RabbitMQ for asynchronous tasks, mapping APIs for geospatial optimization, and implemented OAuth2 with data encryption for robust security.
Development followed an agile methodology, structured in iterative sprints. A robust CI/CD pipeline automated integration and deployment.
